They have the full table of people from many aspects of Hip Hop ie Magazine editors, Radio personalities and more. They look at everything that would contribute to an MC making the shortlist. This list has been quite controversial since its creation, but it has just the affect they intended. EVERYONE HAS AN OPINION even this guy.
