Interview: Chuckie Online x JME - Real Talk Chuckie Online

After a brief hiatus #RealTalkWithChuckieOnline makes an epic comeback with the second in depth interview following MOBO Award winner, Stormzy. This time going into conversation with musician, entrepreneur and Boy Better Know CEO, JME.

It's fair to say that any sort of JME conversation is a rare commodity, thus this lengthy and fascinating conversation has been broken down into 2 parts.

Offering a widely alternative prospective to your typical Grime emcee, Jme discusses the following topics in Part 1 of the interview:

- The approach in which he perceives his accomplishments and how he continues to aspire for more

- Not compromising style or personality to fit into the industry

- How to stand out as a new emcee

- Choosing not to go to Jamaica for the video shooting of "Shaky" and his stance when it comes to decisions within BBK

- Choosing not to attend the Brit Awards for the Kanye West performance

Along with his love and passion for music plus wanting more growth in the scene, JME takes the hot seat and really opens up to Chuckie Online. Over the course of the 30 minute conversation it's clear to see that JME is not fuelled by money or power. Instead we witness an individual who has made huge leaps within the industry by remaining true to himself.

The Breakfast Club x Dame Dash Interview

Remember "that" beef that split the Hip Hop culture to it's core between Nas and Jay Z? Well Dame gives his opinion on that battle. He also speaks on Def Jam, Spike Lee, Drake wanting to battle Murda Mook and more. Obviously Charlamagne was on top form, rocking his t-shirt poking the bear.

Clique x Kanye West Interview

We have always wanted to interview Jean Touitou. Despite shying from the media in recent years, the discreet Jean Touitou finally invited us to the A.P.C headquarters where he spends most of his time. A few days before the show of his new collection, we talked History, his life history, fashion history and fashion. And about Kanye West.

Jean described a Kanye we had never previously heard about. He talked about a curious man with an incommensurable hunger to learn, fulled by a passion for fashion. A man eager to know all the ins and outs of the industry, from sourcing to production to presentation to the public. Before showing you our portrait of Jean Touitou, we were lucky enough to cross paths this rarely encountered Kanye, a few days later at the A.P.C offices. This is our exclusive interview, the only one given in France. We discuss the future, fashion, racism, education, street knowledge and the new collaboration between Kanye West and A.P.C.

Sway & Dame Dash uncut

Kanye West, 50 Cent and Dame Dash off the top of my head give the best interviews in the Hip Hop culture. This morning we had a legend in the building. Dame Dash. Formerly Jay-Z's manager and business partner at Roc-a-Fella Records, heavy-hitter entrepreneur and fearless businessman. At 41:00 Dame is flipping hilarous!

Interview: Zane Lowe meets Kanye West 2015

"Yeezy season approachin' fcuk whatever ya'll be hearin"

It's really that simple folks. Big up Ye for that performance at The Brits. Many people moaning about Ye getting Skepta, Boy Better Know, Stormzy, Krept & Konan and Novelist as part of the stage performance. The ironic thing is what artist from the uk *sorry for using this dirty word* Urban scene performed that night? Don't worry I'll wait.......... So embrace the fact that Ye got guys from the scene on stage and not fly in his boys from Chi-town. And he shouted out Skepta on a thing called a microphone which is used to communicate vocals, which means two things 1. People who weren't aware of Skepta (yes there's still some who aren't) have researched him since then 2. Who else would have shouted out Skepta that night? Why didn't Kanye let one of the guys spit? Because The Brits paid for a Kanye West performance and he was busy performing a brand new song.

Anyway the first interview took place in 2013, gave so many soundbites and insight into the mind of Ye. It's only right that arguably one of his most stripped interviews happens again, props to Zane for getting this interview again and having such a dope first one. Ye discusses many of the hot topics from Adidas to the Grammys and Beck. Ladies and gentlemen grab some popcorn, my guy Ye demands your attention again, it gets emotional!

4. Creating a foundation.

Hopefully moving forward into 2016 the guys will provide us with much more material. They will get sponsorship that allows them to represent throughout the carnival season.

Interview: Big Narstie - Tells It Like It Is On Grime

If you have a voice use it, it's good to get as many opinions on the scene as possible. And what is said in this video shows that Big Narstie has come along way in the last 2-3 years. With that said he is still fully aware of "those" days when for example, it seemed the best way to get your music noticed was to have a  hot commercial famous feature. I fully appreciated what Narstie had to say given the platform and what was expected from him. Would love to hear from the likes of JME, Skepta, D Double E just to name a few, oh and of course Dizzee and Wiley.

Just incase you missed why this topic of discussion took place, here is what sparked this response from Big Narstie - Charlie Sloth x Chip.

Interview: Ebro In The Morning crew x Azalea Banks

Just sit back and give her 47 mins of your time. Not often get an Azealia Banks interview that matches whats said via her social media outlets. What you can't deny her is that she thinks before she speaks, which might not seem the case via 140 characters.

Whatever opinions you had of her prior to clicking play on this interview, just check it out.

Interview: Stone Cold Steve Austin w/ Vince McMahon

Ok off the bat Stone Cold Steve Austin is the greatest pro-wrestler of all time, due to following on twitter found out he was going to jump into the world of podcast. If you're a fan of WWF (save the E for those wet wipes fans), you would really enjoy his podcast, noT saying Austin was the first, but there are loads more wrestling podcasts now from Jericho to good ol' JR. He provides two version, a censored and the other a raw and uncut, both real gems for your ears.

He's had alot of people guests on his podcast, as you'd expect being the trailer blazer he was in the WWF. But having Vince McMahon is the biggest deal, he's the CEO and chairman of the machine which is WWF. The only guest Austin could have to compete with Vince is CM Punk due to the reasons behind his abrupt exit from the business.

In true Stone Cold fashion, no stone is left unturned. It's gold and it's very interesting to hear Vince's response to "How does a wrestler become that guy" and "Do you want to speak about CM Punk".... This easily could be a 5hr podcast, but it's excellent podcast value.

Interview: Mase on "Feels So Good"

Mase will always remain one of my top ten MCs ever. The guy is an all round class act with the image of what a rapper should have. Lyrics combined with clarity, swag, charisma and just all round presence. Harlem World will always be a classic album and the song "Feel So Good" will always remain as the stand out test of time single. No club which has a policy that plays hip hop, doesn't play that record. Above Mase, breaks down how that timeless classic record was created. Look out for a new album in 2015, until then go back and listen to Harlem World, it will make your Friday.

Interview: Chris Pratt aka Peter Quill aka Star Lord aka Slim Shady?

Ok Chris Pratt passed through the Whoo Kid show, so he knew it wasn't just a normal interview about to go down. With Whoo Kid's affiliate with Aftermath/Shady/G-Unit Records, you know once Chris answered Eminem and The Chronic 2001 he was going to be put on the spot. Chris's response though was dope, no bs just straight to it.
