#TBT: The King - Rock With You

Nothing more to say.......

The Day Of Happiness #HappySoundsLike

I saw this article in the Metro and I had to get involved. The United Nations began The Day Of Happiness in 2012. Reason being the UN believes "the pursuit of happiness is a fundamental human goal".  The UN have enlisted the likes of John Legend, Ed Sheeran, Charlie XCX and more to create the "World's Happiest Playlist" for tomorrow.

So far John Legend has chosen Marvin Gaye's "Got To Give It Up", Ed Sheeran has selected "Independent Woman" by Beyonce and them, even the UN's secretary Ban Ki-moon has given us "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" by the great Stevie Wonder. The project is being put together by streaming service MixRadio.

Everyone can get involved and share their playlist via MixRadio using the hashtag #HappySoundsLike. So below are five songs I listen to at least once a week and get me nice, no matter what has happened with Manchester United results or the British weather. In no particular order:

Music: Michael Jackson x Justin Timberlake - Love Never Felt So Good

Rumblings have been going on. Timbaland released a snippet on his soundcloud page, then it was made official new MJ album.........

You know in life, there are certain things people get mad protective over. Michael Jackson's music and status is one of those things. So the wheels are in motion for MJ's Xscape album.

Here is something from the album ft one Mr. Justin Timberlake. Thoughts?

Audio: Juan Epstein x Kanye West

Kanye West recently went on the Juan Epstein podcast show with Rosenberg x Cipha Sounds. A small clip was unleashed week or so ago via video but below is the full audio.

This is a straight Rap conversation, Ye speaks on beats x rhymes and the reason we got 808's and Heartbreaks was due to a compliment from the ultimate superstar.

#ThrowbackThursday: Michael Jackson Edition

Normally I'd show throwback videos of artists that have been in the game for a decade or more. But as It's the King's birthday a day after the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King's iconic "I Have A Dream" speech, I'm just gonna show some live performances as videos only wouldn't do justice.

Also check out the Oprah Winfrey interview with MJ.

Happy birthday KING!

Happy Birthday MJ.
